i will reply to your commission request within 2 business days; if i have not replied after this time, please resend your request in case of technical issues;
please provide detailed descriptions and/or references for your commission! i may ask you for further clarification or reference along the process.

my turnaround time can range from 3 days - 3 weeks for flat colour/basic shading, and 2-6 weeks for full render or backgrounds.
this TAT is estimated and can vary depending on the complexity of the commission and the time of year! i am a full time student with real life commitments, so please do not rush me; if you would like your commission to be completed within a deadline, please contact me to discuss further and extra charges may apply;
i will update clients on the progress of the commission regularly, and clients will be promptly notified on any delays;
i accept either full payment upfront, or 50% payment after initial sketch is provided and confirmed, with the rest to be paid after completion of the commission;
cancellations are allowed, but refunds will not be given after the sketch has been agreed upon and further cleaning and/or rendering has begun; i reserve the right to cancel and refund any commission at any time if necessary or if urgent situations occur;
my art is by default for personal use only; if you would like to use my art for commercial purposes, please reach out to me to discuss further!
all transactions will remain strictly confidential unless my terms of service are violated by the client;
i have the right to use commissions for portfolio or social media purposes, unless otherwise discussed; if you would like your commission to remain private, extra charges may apply as privacy fee.
please do not use my art for any AI or resale purposes, and always credit me for my work;
major revisions to the commission will only be allowed during the initial sketch stage;
only minor changes to the art will be allowed once the sketch has been agreed on and lineart work has begun. any further changes will incur extra charges (unless errors arise on my part, in which case corrections will be made free of charge);
i only accept payment through paypal and/or kofi, as i do not live in the US. regional pricing for certain areas (ph/indo) may be discussed, please enquire further!
